General Statement.  Robleto Kuruce, PLLC (the “Firm”) provides the information on this site as a service to its clients and the public.  The information contained on this site is not intended as legal advice and should not be construed as legal advice.  As a matter of policy, the Firm requires written agreements for all legal engagements.  You may contact the Firm to determine whether it may represent you.  However, no attorney-client relationship can be formed through this site.  If you have specific legal questions, you should engage an attorney. 

External Websites.  In no event will the Firm be held liable to any party for any damages arising in any way out of the availability, use, reliance on, or inability to use this site.  All links on our site to external websites are for convenience and may help locate relevant resources.  The Firm shall bear no responsibility for damages caused by any external website, including but not limited to damages from malware, viruses, ransomware and the like, or from reliance on the content of any external website.

Online Forms.  This site allows users to provide information through the submission of online forms.  The use of those online forms is optional.  The Firm will not request or accept credit card, banking or other payment information through its website.  The Firm will collect, store, and use information submitted through this site only in compliance applicable law.  The Firm does not guarantee the privacy of any information submitted through any online form.  The Firm requests that users of its site not transmit any confidential information through any online form on this site.  The Firm further requests that users refrain from entering any personally identifiable information into any online form on this site, other than (i) name; (ii) telephone number; and/or (iii) email address.

Cookies.  To a limited extent, the Firm use cookies (i.e., information communicated to the Firm through the internet, which could include your IP address, location, internet browsing history). While the Firm does not actively collect and use data from cookies, certain software integrated into the Firm’s site may rely upon the use of cookies to operate.  The Firm shall not be held responsible for the use or misuse of any information collected by any third-party through any such software.

How We Use Your Information.  As a general matter, the Firm will use the information it obtains about you from this website to communicate with you for marketing purposes and for the purpose of communicating with you regarding the Firm’s legal services.  The Firm does not knowingly share the information it collects with third parties, however the Firm may share the information it collects about you with an outside lawyer(s) or law firm(s) for the purpose of referring your matter to a lawyer who, in the Firm’s judgment, may be better suited to handle your legal matter.  The Firm will conscientiously protect its clients’ information, consistent with applicable law and the ethical canons of the practice of law, including but not limited to Pennsylvania’s Rules of Professional Conduct.
